Shopping

How does the shopping cart work?
Click on the orange “Add to Cart” button for every item you want to purchase. The shopping cart will open and will keep track of your purchases until you checkout. If you have a coupon code, enter it in the shopping cart window at the bottom. To close the cart, click the Continue Shopping button at the bottom of the window or the white x on the top right. When you are done, click the Checkout button to go to PayPal for payment processing. Once you have completed payment, you will be returned to the Micro-MacrameJewelry.com order confirmation page.

How do I view my cart?
At any time you can click the “View Cart” button or the shopping cart icon and the shopping cart page will open in a separate window.

How do I get back to micro-macramejewelry.com?
If you accidently hit the Checkout button but want to keep shopping, just use your brower's back button.

How can I add/ delete an item?
In the shopping cart window, you can change the numbers in the box to the left of the product name and the cart will automatically update. Click the red X next to the item number to delete it.

Is Paypal safe?
Yes. We use Paypal for all of our transactions because it provides a proven safe and secure method of online payment.

How do I pay with my credit card without joining Paypal?
If you don't wish to open a Paypal account, you can use a credit or debit card. Select "Pay with an online bank account, debit or credit card or PaypPal Credit" and then click on the “Check Out” link (see image below).

Why isn't my card working?
Double check that the information you provided is correct. Many times the problem is a mis-spelling, a required field that is left blank or an extra space where one shouldn’t be. If you still have a problem, contact us at support@micro-macramejewelry.com.

Can I just email or phone you my credit card number?
No. We cannot process the card and it is never a good idea to send your credit card information via email.

Will you take an alternative form of payment?

We do not accept checks or U.S. money orders.

Paypal offers an eCheck service that will withdraw money from your bank account without a credit card. You must sign up with Paypal for this service and for any problems with this service, you must go directly to Paypal.com for help.

Is there a sales tax?
New Mexico residents will be charged a 7.125% sales tax.

How much does shipping cost?

United States:

$5.00 flat rate shipping (no shipping charge for Online Classes or Tutorials).

International:

We are sorry but due to the prohibitive cost, we longer ship to international destinations. Our Online Classes and Tutorials are still available to international customers. Our books are available in Canada, the United Kingdom and to European Union countries through Amazon.

How is my order shipped?
We ship via the United States Postal Service (www.usps.com) with a USPS tracking number. Delivery usually take 3-7 days.

Do you offer alternative shipping methods?
Sorry, we do not ship through any other shipping methods and we are not able to send items via Express shipping.

Returns

Can I return items from an order?
We accept returns for any defective merchandise. Please contact us at support@micro-macramejewelry.com before returning any items. Any returns must be shipped back within 7 days of receipt.

My order did not arrive, arrived damaged or is missing items.
If damaged, please keep all packing material for proof of damage. Contact us at support@micro-macramejewelry.com.

Are the Books and Kits available as wholesale?
Our books are available through distributors like Ingrahm and Amazon. Please contact them for more information. DVDs, kits and S-Lon cords are not available wholesale.

Can you buy just the instructions for a kit?
Sorry, not at this time.

I'm having problems downloading/opening a Tutorial.
Please go to the Tutorial page for instructions on downloading. You will need Adobe Acrobat in order to open the Tutorial file. It is a free program and available at http://get.adobe.com/reader/. If your links have expired or you did not receive them, contact us and we will send you new ones.

How do the Online Classes work?
